All apartments feature a terrace, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine/ dryer, integrated mosquito screens, box-spring beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, and coffee machine. Additionally, each apartment has its own bathroom with a rain shower and hairdryer.

Ližnjan is a village located in the Istria County of Croatia, situated at the southernmost tip of Istria near Pula. First mentioned in the year 990, Ližnjan consists of five fractions: Valtura, Jadreski, Ližnjan itself, Munti, and Šišan.
